· Memory Function & Support Wall Switch: Set the brightness and color temperature as you like, and your setting will be memorized.; The next time restart, it will assume the previously used state. (Wall switch control also has memory function)

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the premium and fragile nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy:

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video as proof.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.

Once the issue is verified by our quality team, we will arrange a replacement or repair, as deemed appropriate.
