Processing Time:

Shipping Carriers & Options:
We ship via trusted partners (e.g., Delhivery, Rivigo, Gati,Safexpress,FedEx). Expedited (Express) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take great care in packing your order, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Report within 48 hours

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
2. Inspection & Resolution
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange one of the following at no extra cost to you:
• A replacement item (if available)
• A refund to your original payment method
Damage During Transportation
All our products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:
1. Immediate Reporting

• The damaged item
• The outer packaging (including shipping label)
