Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared to keep you informed of your order status.

For large or fragile items such as mirrors and console tables, delivery is completed with extra care to ensure product integrity.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the premium and fragile nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy:

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video as proof.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.
